Reporting to the CEO/Director and working with direction from the team you will be a selfstarting highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant.
Candidates must have an incredible eye for detail and be efficient with data entry you will have an eye for detail and understand the importance of quality assurance within your role.
Administration & Support
You will be responsible for the following:
- Serve as the central point of contact for communications within the team
- CRM management data entry sales pipeline management
- Manage multiple calendars emails calls and meetings
- Client concierge and telephone point of service
- Issuing of invoices using Xero
- Updating File notes
- Proposal and Document preparation from templates
- Encode and update matter details in the client s file management system
- Draft various legal and compliance documents using client templates
- Draft various emails and letters using client templates
- Adhoc administrative duties
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in Spreadsheet and Excel
- Switched on proactive resultsdriven and efficient
- Experience in using Xero and Canva is highly desire
- Excellent customer service skills
This role requires:
Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times not flexible)
Use of time tracking software during work hours
Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
Treating this as a longterm fulltime job not a side gig or freelance task
Payroll is processed bimonthly.

Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php 35000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
