Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 20 paid hours per week
- Monday to Friday flexible between 9AM to 5PM Stephens City VA
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organized passionate about social media and digital marketing and enjoys working in a dynamic customerfocused environment.
Develop and execute social media content plans across platforms such as Facebook Instagram and TikTok
Create highquality engaging graphics videos and written content tailored to target audiences
Monitor and respond to social media interactions and messages in a timely and professional manner
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure success and optimize performance
Assist with email marketing newsletters and digital campaigns
Support the marketing team in coordinating promotions and seasonal campaigns
Perform general administrative duties including scheduling data entry and coordinating with team members
Stay up to date with social media trends tools and best practices
Qualifications
Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a business or brand
Strong content creation skills including design video editing and copywriting
Proficiency with tools like Canva Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Experience in digital marketing or admin support is a plus
