Job Description
Process accounts receivable
Process customer payments
Track and process past due accounts
Process credit cards/virtual CC
Review invoices for tax issues
File and process customer invoices
Set up new customer accounts
Assistant walkin customers as needed
Answer phones when needed
All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bookkeeping experience/skills preferred
- Some form of postsecondary education preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs.
- Ability to operate related office equipment such as computers 10key calculator and copier.
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
