We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Virtual Cruise Coordinator to support clients in planning and booking memorable cruise vacations. This entrylevel position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about travel and delivering exceptional customer service. As part of our team you will help clients craft seamless personalized travel experiences while collaborating with top industry suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with researching planning and securing cruise packages accommodations and travel experiences.
Offer tailored travel recommendations based on individual needs interests and budgets.
Work closely with preferred travel vendors to access competitive rates and exclusive promotions.
Keep up to date with the latest travel industry trends regulations and special deals.
Manage client requests changes and cancellations with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of all bookings and client communications.
Participate in ongoing training webinars and certification programs to enhance industry knowledge.

Requirements
Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for travel and creating unforgettable experiences for others.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable navigating online booking platforms and learning new digital tools.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset but not required.
