Job Description
FINANCE & OPS MANAGER CLAREMONT CPT

- Finance and Financial Reporting expertise
- Proficiency in IFRS GAAP / Accounting practices
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Excellent Operations Management skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Solid background in process automation system implementation and financial reporting
- Analytical mindset with excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to balance speed and accuracy while driving continuous improvement
- Experience with troubleshooting financial systems and ensuring seamless data integration
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field
- CA(SA) or CGMA qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years postqualification experience in a financial management or operational finance role
- Experience working with Xero is advantageous; familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial
