Our Agency Owner Development Program is designed to help entrepreneurialminded individuals launch and grow their own agencies within the life insurance industry. You ll start by mastering sales but the real opportunity lies in learning how to recruit train and lead your own team and ultimately build an agency that you FULLY own which means it is sellable willable and transferable.
Whether youre looking to dip your toes into a parttime opportunity or ready to go allin we meet you where you are and provide the tools training and mentorship to help you grow your own business.

Compensation & Earning Potential
CommissionOnly with uncapped potential
Contracts start at 80 and grow up to 130
Effective parttime agents: $50k $75k/year
Fulltime producers: $100k $200k/year
Top agency builders: $300k and beyond with passive override income
Requirements
Health & Life license (or willingness to obtain we ll help you get there)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
