A well established Law Firm is seeking a midlevel associate with 56 years of business litigation experience to join the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in our San Francisco office. Qualified candidates will have substantial experience with complex business litigation in state and federal courts including conducting and managing written and document discovery researching and drafting pleadings motions and other court filings conducting/defending depositions preparing witnesses for testimony appearing for status conferences and arguing motions in both state and federal court. Participation in settlement conferences and negotiations and experience with trial preparation is preferred. The ideal candidate will have sophisticated document drafting skill the ability to lead cases and supervise more junior attorneys and must be comfortable with direct interaction with partners clients and opposing counsel.
