About You
The Itential Marketing Team is the central nucleus for our entire company and plays a key role in generating demand and driving revenue. We are a closeknit team that has created something truly special in the network automation market.
The ideal Marketing Intern will dive headfirst into the world of B2B technology marketing with the opportunity to contribute to real highimpact projects. Youll gain exposure to all areas of the teamfrom content and campaigns to social media and analyticsand play a key role in how we communicate our brand and value to the world.
Youre curious eager to learn and ready to roll up your sleeves. Youre not afraid to ask questions and jump in where needed. And most importantly youre excited about the challenge of marketing a complex product in a way that makes it feel simple and exciting.
What you get to do in this role
As a Marketing Intern youll work sidebyside with some of the best in the business. Youll build your skills grow your experience and contribute to meaningful work across the marketing org. Heres a taste of what youll be doing:
Assist in the of marketing campaigns across digital channels including email social and web helping us get the right message to the right audience at the right time.
Leverage AI to help craft compelling content for blog posts social media landing pages product launches and more.
Be handson with our social channels drafting and scheduling content engaging with followers and finding creative ways to elevate our voice on LinkedIn Twitter and YouTube.
Video editing (clips intros transitions captions) to support content for YouTube social and campaigns.
Use tools like Asana and Slack to stay organized communicate effectively and manage deadlines and your time keeping projects on track and running smoothly.
Assist with the planning and of webinars virtual events and trade show support.
Flex both sides of your brain by contributing bold creative ideas while also using data and analytics to back decisions optimize performance and finetune marketing efforts.
Bring your ideas to the table during team brainstorms meetings and crossfunctional working sessions.
Jump into daytoday team tasks and special projects every days a little different (in the best way).
To be successful in this role
Currently pursuing a degree (or recent graduate) in marketing communications business or a related field.
A selfstarter who takes initiative and isnt afraid to ask questions.
An excellent communicator both written and verbal.
A natural organizer who can juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
Incredibly curious about tech marketing the buyer journey and how it all fits together.
Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
Not afraid of spreadsheets or Google Docs.
Bonus points if youve used tools like Chamaileon Wistia SocialPilot or WordPress but definitely not required.
