Job Overview
We are seeking a junior Web Developer to join our team. This fulltime position can be remote or hybrid with work locations in Mohali Ambala Lucknow Varanasi Sonipat or Panipat. The successful candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in web development. You will develop and maintain webbased solutions tailored to clients needs while ensuring a strong online presence and achieving better search engine rankings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Shopify WooCommerce WordPress PHP and OpenCart is required to design and implement various web applications.
- Strong understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript enhances user experience and site functionality.
- Must have experience with responsive design to ensure seamless performance across all devices and screen sizes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and marketers to integrate visual elements and technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of crossbrowser compatibility issues and ways to work around them for consistent web performance.
- Experience in debugging using browser developer tools and understanding of modern development tools like Git.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail to devise efficient solutions for complex web challenges.
- Good communication skills to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical team members and stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites ensuring optimal performance and user engagement for a seamless online presence.
- Collaborate with the design team to align visual designs and technical implementations with client requirements.
- Implement integrations with thirdparty applications for extended site functionality and enhanced user experience.
- Test and troubleshoot websites to identify and resolve issues promptly ensuring crossbrowser compatibility.
- Update improve and maintain existing websites to reflect branding and use the latest technologies and standards.
- Work closely with marketing teams to support SEO strategies and improve search rankings for increased web traffic.
- Continuously evaluate new technologies and methodologies for potential integration and enhanced development practices.
- Attend project meetings to provide technical insights and collaborate on strategic developments for web solutions.
