We are seeking a Workplace Experience Project Manager to join our team and lead the planning design and of projects that elevate our physical work environments. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction home improvement remodeling architecture or interior design along with at least 2 years of project management experience.
About the Role:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including facilities AV and IT to understand business needs and develop comprehensive project plans
Manage all aspects of workplace improvement and renovation projects including budgeting scheduling resource allocation and risk mitigation
Able to respond to urgent repair needs as well as manage longterm detailedoriented projects
Coordinate with contractors vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion
Provide regular progress updates and communicate any issues or changes to key stakeholders
Ensure projects adhere to company policies safety regulations ADA and industry best practices
Identify opportunities to enhance the workplace experience through solutions and functionality
Make recommendations to improve processes and elevate the overall quality of our physical spaces
About You:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in construction management architecture interior design or a related field
2 years of experience in project management with a focus on construction renovation or workplace
