Job Description

We are seeking a Workplace Experience Project Manager to join our team and lead the planning design and of projects that elevate our physical work environments. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction home improvement remodeling architecture or interior design along with at least 2 years of project management experience.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including facilities AV and IT to understand business needs and develop comprehensive project plans

  • Manage all aspects of workplace improvement and renovation projects including budgeting scheduling resource allocation and risk mitigation

  • Able to respond to urgent repair needs as well as manage longterm detailedoriented projects

  • Coordinate with contractors vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion

  • Provide regular progress updates and communicate any issues or changes to key stakeholders

  • Ensure projects adhere to company policies safety regulations ADA and industry best practices

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the workplace experience through solutions and functionality

  • Make recommendations to improve processes and elevate the overall quality of our physical spaces

About You:
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in construction management architecture interior design or a related field

  • 2 years of experience in project management with a focus on construction renovation or workplace
