We are seeking an Associate Director of Technology Product Management to lead a dynamic team of Technical Product Managers.

This role is pivotal in defining and driving the product vision roadmap and by collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver customercentric software solutions and meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development methodologies serviceoriented architecture and product analytics.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Computer Science Engineering or a related field. An advanced degree such as an MBA is often preferred.
  • PMCVI or equivalent product certifications preferred

Experience:

  • At least 810 years of experience in product management within a technologydriven environment with significant exposure to endtoend product lifecycle management.
  • Leadership Roles: A minimum of 35 years in a leadership role managing product teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Significant experience in product management particularly within the digital commerce space.
  • Proven track record of managing digital products from conception to launch.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring product management teams.
  • Previous experience with ecommerce platforms digital marketing and online retail.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong understanding of web technologies software development processes and digital architecture.
  • Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure successful product development.

Analytical Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to leverage data to drive product decisions and measure success.
  • Proficiency with data analytics and business intelligence tools.

Leadership and Management:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience in strategic planning and .
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Customer Focus:

  • Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors in the digital commerce space.
  • Experience in conducting market research user testing and gathering customer feedback.
  • Ability to translate customer insights into actionable product
    features.

Strategic Vision:

  • Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.
  • Experience in defining product roadmaps and aligning them with business objectives.
  • Ability to identify new market opportunities and drive innovation.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to build consensus and drive buyin for product initiatives.

Adaptability:

  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Experience in managing ambiguity and navigating through
    challenges.

Market and Industry Knowledge:

  • Indepth knowledge of the digital commerce landscape including trends competitors and emerging technologies.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to digital commerce.
