Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Final Cleaning Craftsman to lead and perform final cleaning on construction projects. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of proper cleaning techniques and restrictions for finished surfaces. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel locally between project sites and occasionally work outside of regular shifts as needed.
Perform and oversee final cleaning of newly completed construction projects ensuring surfaces fixtures and finishes are properly cleaned without damage.
Assess cleaning needs on each project determine required equipment and supplies and ensure all materials are available.
Follow projectspecific cleaning requirements and restrictions particularly for highend or delicate finishes.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and product compatibility with various surfaces including glass wood stone tile and specialty finishes.
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
