Job Description
Position Overview:We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts on a contract basis. In this role you will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract and hire top talent to support the companys growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage endtoend recruitment for various roles including job postings candidate sourcing interviews and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards social media networking).
- Screen resumes conduct phone interviews and schedule inperson interviews.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in onboarding new hires and preparing offer letters.
- 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of fullcycle recruiting.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
