Responsibilities
v Lead the Smart Water Business Development efforts focusing on achieving the annual sales targets and business growth.
v Establish new business opportunities and promote smart water meters and water purification products.
v Conduct customer visits develop new clients gather necessary customer information and generate leads and business opportunities.
v Oversee the development of winning strategies for business opportunities coordinating resources from headquarters and other stakeholders to ensure business success.
v Build and maintain strong relationships with customers lead strategic negotiations and influence key decisionmakers.
v Conduct market research and analysis keeping abreast of competitor information and industry trends.
v Build and manage the Business Development (BD) team ensuring team empowerment training and effective regional management.
v Possess basic knowledge of water meters answer customers basic technical questions and demonstrate potential for consultative marketing.
v Ensure excellent customer service improving the companys brand influence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
v Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering Sales or Business Management.
v 3 to 5 years of experience in the solar industry either as a Sales Engineer or in a sales role.
v Established customer network within the distributed photovoltaic market.
v Proven experience and capability in team management.
v Knowledgeable about photovoltaic systems and products.
v Exceptional sales skills.
v Ability to effectively explain plans and deliver presentations.
v Proficiency in independently creating presentations.
v Excellent communication coordination and teamwork skills.
v Strong professional integrity with a patient and steady approach.
v Ability to monitor and analyze customer usage of products and provide insightful reports.
