Job Description
Berman STAR Nissan/Infiniti is looking for a motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in automotive financing who is committed to delivering a toptier customer experience while maximizing profitability.
Job Title: Automotive Finance Manager
Location: Berman STAR Nissan/Infiniti (Niles IL)
Pay: $150000$200000 annually
Responsibilities
- Present finance and insurance options clearly and effectively to customers
- Work with a wide network of lenders to secure competitive financing terms
- Sell extended service contracts protection plans and other F&I products
- Ensure all documentation is accurate complete and compliant with all regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to meet and exceed performance goals
- Stay current with all applicable laws and regulations regarding vehicle sales and financing

Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership is required
- Strong understanding of dealership finance processes and F&I products
- Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with menuselling and dealership software
- Knowledge of federal state and local compliance requirements
