Immediate Hiring for the Civil/Steel Structure Billing Engineer at the location of Palakkad Kerala.
Job description
- Preparing bills: A billing engineer prepares bills of materials and quantities and subcontractor bills. They also prepare and certify RA & Final bills.
- Reconciling: A billing engineer reconciles quantities and material statements. They also prepare monthly reconciliation statements.
- Estimating: A billing engineer estimates and costs and prepares quantity statements. They also prepare project quantities for bidding.
- Verifying: A billing engineer verifies bills and certified working drawings.
- Maintaining records: A billing engineer maintains billing records and follows up on accounts.
- Analyzing: A billing engineer analyzes engineering drawings.
- Negotiating: A billing engineer negotiates.
- Balancing income: A billing engineer maintains and balances project income.
- Taking measurements: A billing engineer takes measurements from site engineers
Experience: From 510 Years
