Job Title: Integration Developer/Specialist
Summary:
Integration SME is responsible for designing developing and maintaining integrations b/W ITSM Platform and any other 3rdparty tool (Any CRM Platform Ticketing tool Any platform which supports API orMiddleware based integration. ITSM platform could be FW SN Remedy or any other tool which supportsWeb services API (Rest SOAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong analytical skills ability to solve problems excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability todowell in a highpressure environment
- Resolve and manage requests from API customers regarding programming interfacesincluding inbound/outbound APIscall using required tool and technologies during customer development and maintenance phase
- Create and maintain technical design documents and requirements including workflow design of companysAPIs
- Participate in design and planning meetings with companys API customer Programmers and Systems Architect
- Working knowledge of SOAP UI toolPOSTmanTool for analyzing and resolvingsupport issues
- Advanceskills in XML XSDSOAP Restful APIdesign and architectureJava JavaScriptandWebservices
- Customer onboarding by providing required authorization and access to APIs using company proprietary tools
- Design develop and maintain API integration solutions
- Resolve and manage requests from API customers regarding programming interfaces including inbound/outbound APIs call using required tool and technologies during customer development and maintenance phase
- Understanding of SQL GraphQLXML JSON and JSONpath is preferred.
- SoftwareDebuggingSkills
- Analyze design develop as well as implement RESTful services and APIs
- Implement integrate and document a variety of software platforms through the REST API framework
- Modify existing programs prepare test data and functional specifications.
- Implementcommon APIs basedon architecture guidelines and frameworks.
- Understanding of different authentication mechanism likeBasic OAAuth Token
