Job Description
The Pool Bar back will be responsible for providing the guests with a comforting and relaxing environment; maintaining the pool area in a clean and inviting manner. Create a positive atmosphere while engaging with guests and fellow associates.
Responsibilities
- Enthusiastic greeting of guests by name when possible
- Consistent walk through of the pool area to ensure cleanliness and tidiness at all times
- Ensure all pool chaises are in a clean orderly fashion/run linens to laundry
- Inspect entire pool area for cleanliness including washrooms
- Assist in serving guests with food requests
- Must be able to work outside during high temperature weather
- Resupply bar supplies
Qualifications
- Must be able to operate micros and radio communications
- Must be able to effectively communicate with all associates and guests in a positive manner
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
- Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager.
- Assist in other departments as needed
- Attend monthly departmental meetings
