Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Care Executive with at least 1 year of experience in a customer care department to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. The Customer Care Executive will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Providing product information and assistance to customers
Processing orders returns and exchanges
Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues
Identifying and escalating priority issues to management
Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in a customer care department
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelors degree preferred
