JOB DESCRIPTION Company name: Extra edge enterprises Position: Showroom Floor In charge Employment Type: Full Time Permanent Education: B. Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization Any Graduate Location: Ashok Nagar Chennai Working Days: 7days (Monday to Sunday)Can Take off during Weekdays Except Sunday Working Hours: 9.30 am 8.30 pm (Monday to Saturday) 11.00 am 6.30 pm (Sunday) Gender Preference: Male candidates only Age Preference: Between 25 to 40 years Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field. Experience: Minimum 1Year Role & Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive product knowledge to customers assisting them in selecting the right lighting products to meet their needs and preferences. * Prepare and present quotations for lighting products based on customer requirements ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. * Oversee the daytoday operations of the showroom ensuring a visually appealing and wellorganized display of lighting products. * Ensure that the showroom environment reflects the brand image and enhances the customer shopping experience. * Assist customers in understanding product features specifications and benefits aiming to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. * Supervise showroom staff providing guidance and support in delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge. * Coordinate with the sales and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery of lighting products.
