Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Presales Technical Consultant for our Coimbatore headquarters. This fulltime role requires an individual with 7 to 10 years of experience adept in both AWS and Azure as well as networking protocols. The candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between customer requirements and technical solutions ensuring that our offerings meet client needs effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in solution selling with a deep understanding of the sales process to engage effectively with customers and identify their needs.
- Indepth knowledge of AWS and Azure platforms enabling the design and implementation of cloudbased solutions that are scalable and secure.
- Proficiency in Python facilitating the development of custom scripts and automations to support technical solutions and data processing.
- Strong expertise in SQL to manage and analyze data effectively supporting the development of datadriven technical proposals.
- Comprehensive understanding of networking protocols ensuring seamless integration and communication within IT systems and solutions.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills to maintain and develop productive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with sales and technical teams bridging the gap between business needs and technical possibilities efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating technical concepts to a nontechnical audience or client base.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and prepare technical proposals and demonstrations.
- Design and propose technical solutions that align with customer business needs and CGVAKs service offerings.
- Act as a technical advisor providing support during the sales process and resolving any technical inquiries or challenges.
- Ensure proposed solutions are scalable reliable and align with customers strategic goals and industry best practices.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of CGVAK software solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends ensuring our offerings remain competitive and innovative.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and the identification of potential growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align on customer feedback and iterative improvements to service offerings.
