Tru by Hilton Wilmington Wrightsville Beachis located adjacent to the coveted 400acre Mayfaire Town Center. Tru by Hilton is a fun vibrant new hotel brand grounded in value and offering all the essentials for todays travelers. The hotel opened in July 2024 and is located at1010 Ashes Drive Wilmington NC 28405.
The Role:
As a Front Desk Agent youre not just handing out room keys youre creating memories for our guests. From warm welcomes to efficient checkouts youll be instrumental in making sure every detail of a guests stay is perfect.
What Youll Do:
- Welcome guests with a smile that sets the tone for their stay friendly relaxed and inviting.
- Assist guests with information about local hotspots hidden gems and hotel services.
- Manage room reservations modifications and cancellations.
- Turn challenges into opportunities resolving guest issues with patience and a cando attitude.
- Collaborate with the behindthescenes team to ensure guest requests are met.
- Contribute your valuable insights in team meetings and daily huddles to elevate our service game.
Your Skills and Style:
- Youve got a knack for customer service honed through past experiences preferably in hospitality.
- Your communication is clear friendly and professional.
- Attention to detail is your strong suit; no request slips through the cracks.
- Technology doesnt intimidate you youre comfortable with reservation software and basic systems.
- Pressure is just another part of the job you stay cool under all circumstances.
- Your schedule flexibility means youre open to varied shifts weekends and holidays.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is your foundation; any hospitality education is a plus.
