Job Description
Position Title: Bartender
Location: Pablo Center at the Confluence
Department: Guest Relations
Reports To: Front of House Manager
Position Overview:
The Pablo Center at the Confluence is seeking a dynamic and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender you will provide exceptional service in a fastpaced artistic environment. You will be responsible for creating and serving drinks maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience during their visit to the center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Greet customers take drink orders and provide recommendations based on guests preferences.
- Manage the bar area ensuring cleanliness and organization including stocking and cleaning glassware tools and equipment.
- Maintain a positive professional attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions ensuring accurate charges and balance at the end of the shift.
- Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding alcohol service ensuring responsible service at all times.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the bar and overall customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and restocking as needed.
- Assist in creating seasonal or eventspecific drink menus that align with the Pablo Centers events and audience.
- Participate in training programs to stay current with industry trends products and customer service standards.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of bartending experience preferably in a highvolume or artistic venue.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails modern drink trends and various spirits and mixers.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Certification in Responsible Beverage Service (e.g. TIPS or equivalent) preferred.
- Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays as needed based on event schedules.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
