We are currently seeking a Production Trainer for our Clinton Tennessee facility. This position will be on 1st shift which is 7:00AM3:30PM Monday through Friday.

Job Purpose:
The Production Trainer Responsible for the training of all existing and new production operators in the operation of all production equipment and completes postproduction processes. processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Trainer
- Train on all policies and procedures
- Serve as the competency assessor
- Ensure all documents are filed and kept in appropriate locations
- Provide leadership and direction for daytoday operations to meet demands of both external and internal customers.
- Safety Implementation
- New Hire training
- Onboarding
- Maintain training records
- Assist in the development of production work instructions
- Audit & Update Work Instructions
- Identify Training Gaps and Lead Cross Training
