Job Description

Title: ConsumerSales Executive German Speaker

Youwill be responsible for converting leads into Virtual or Physical surveys andthen into sales by assessing all move requirements. You will be targeted onconverting leads into tangible business for Santa Fe Relocation. Salesenquiries include web leads email leads lead generators and phone enquiries.Cooperate with sales and operational team members to ensure a smoothcoordination of the leads.

  1. Achieve and exceed aggressive personal annualsales target
  2. Establish andmaintain a strong relationship with the customer
  3. Contact clients and collect necessaryinformation evaluate and probe business opportunities;
  4. Use the Santa Fe preferred virtual survey toolto evaluate customers inventory
  5. All virtual surveys are booked through ourpreferred technology partners on 100 of opportunities a physical survey willonly be organized through a 3rd party if deemed too complicated orhigh value
  6. Preparea detailed and accurate consumer quotation and arrange follow up appointmentswithin a set time
  7. Issue Work Order to Operation team
  8. Ensure the data accuracy and timely update of sales lead progress in the companies CRM system
  9. Have negotiation skills to be able to closequotations while positioning Santa Fe Relocations service in a competitivemarket
  10. Determinethe customers needs and have the responsibility to match these needs with thecompanys service capabilities
  11. Make followup calls to customers on moves and feedback results
  12. Ensurecustomer is reassured understands the move process and custom formalities
  13. Followup frequently with the customer to meet service expectations
  14. Look to up sell other services that Santa Fe offer
  15. You will be expected to achieve a minimumconversion target for Shipment Protection
  16. Attend to any duties and assume anyresponsibility as directed as and when required by management.


Preferred qualification for this role:

A selfstarter withsense of urgency in driving to reach goals

Able to work in afastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines

An assertive personwith good interpersonal skills both written and on the phone

A team player whowill go the extra mile to secure business for Santa Fe

An excellent customerservice attitude

Possess customerservice or telesales experience ideally in the logistics/mobility industry

You must be positiveflexible willing to learn and constantly push yourself to succeed

Demonstrated workethic and consistent track record of over achievement including initiative toprospect calls.

Ability to adaptcontribute and succeed in a rapidly changing fastpaced early stage companyenvironment.

Proficient in use ofMicrosoft Office applications

Good English bothwritten and oral additional language skills are a plus.
