Scheduled Weekly Hours:
36We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Surgical Tech to join our Team! This is a fulltime position offering day shifts!
What you will do:
Fulltime 72 hours biweekly 0.9 FTE)
This position has the flexibility to be 9 or 12hour shifts however during orientation you will be scheduled for 9hour shifts
9hour shift: primarily day shifts 6:15am3:45pm) with some PM and nights shifts could be up to 6 off shifts within a 6week scheduling period. Occasional weekend shifts as needed per unit need (cover PTO FML or vacations)
12hour shift: primarily day shifts 6:15am6:45pm) with occasional night or weekend shifts as needed per unit need (cover PTO FML or vacations)
Night and Weekend call rotation. Call response time is 60 minutes or less
Holiday Rotation: 12 holidays per year
Assists physician as scrub person according to prescribed standards. Assist RN in performing circulating duties as directed
Performs primarily in the scrub role preparing selecting maintaining equipment instruments and supplies.
What you need:
Graduate from an accredited surgical tech program
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification within 2 years of hire date
Current InfantAdult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
