Your responsibilities:
as Expert Lead you lead a team of Change Experts who deliver complex change. Next to this you also lead yourself initiatives of strategic importance (change & transformation related)
you act as a business partner for leadership in different areas and support them in the of the respective change portfolio. You help business partners to be successful by assigning the right change experts to the required initiatives (considering the technical and behavioural competencies and level of expertise)
you set the standard for the change and ensure adherence to our change & transformation governance
you drive synergies across the global community of change experts
you drive collaboration across the organisation to ensure delivery on commitments
you strengthen the way of working for delivery while safeguarding the Orange Behaviours as a role model.

Information about the team:
You will join ING Hubs COO organisation becoming a part of the CoE Change and Consultancy reporting to CoE Transformation Lead Karol Krupnik. As a Transformation Lead you will have an impact on cross location strategic initiatives further development of our service offering and global standards. You will work as first line manager with a team of Change Experts who manage huge variety of projects and initiatives in various places within ING organisation.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be Expert Lead Transformation II.
