Job Description
- Flexible schedule
- Free uniforms
- Training & development
- Coaching daily/weekly sessions to players of a variety of ages 3 16 years old)
- Logbooks: keeping track of your hours & sessions
- Session plans: use Challenger software to provide online session plans
- Communication: to all parents/ players within our registration programs
- $600 per week for Summer camp positions
- Academy roles differ upon experience and qualifications
If accommodation or transport is provided by Challenger Sports this number may be less.
- MUST HAVE VALID DRIVING LICENCE
- Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
- All staff must pass rigorous background check.
- The vast majority of positions require your own transport.
- Must have work authorization to work in the Canada
- Must have some experience working with children of 312yrs
- It is essential you are personable & have high energy
- Playing experience preferred

Challenger Sports is the nations leading provider of soccer camps and clinics and were looking to expand our nationwide Soccer Academy and Tiny Tykes programs.
What is TinyTykes
TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 26. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through you teaching them fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 mins each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor social and psychological skills.
What is the Challenger Soccer Academy
Challenger Soccer Academy offers professional yearround coaching to recreation and/or competitive players and teams aged 5 18 years old.
