Job Description
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in networking AWS Direct Connect and AWS Control Tower. The ideal candidate will design implement and manage highly scalable automated and secure infrastructure while ensuring network performance and cloud architecture are optimized for businesscritical applications. You will work closely with software engineering IT and security teams to streamline development and operational workflows.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of handson experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineer role.
- Extensive experience with AWS Direct Connect AWS Control Tower and networking in cloud environments.
- Proficient in managing networking concepts including routing subnetting VPNs VPC peering and security groups.
- Strong expertise in AWS services (EC2 S3 Lambda RDS VPC IAM etc..
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform Cloud Formation etc..
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitLab CI or similar.
- Strong scripting skills (Python Bash PowerShell).
- Solid understanding of Linux system administration and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g. SOC2 HIPAA PCI).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and optimize network performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multicloud environments (AWS Azure Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus Grafana Cloud Watch or Data dog.
- Knowledge of cost management tools (AWS Cost Explorer Trusted Advisor etc..
- Experience in agile development environments.
