Lead Web Optimization and UX Designer
Were seeking a talented Lead Web Optimization and UX Designer to join our application security company and drive our websites performance to new heights. In this role youll be responsible for optimizing our company website to generate sales qualified leads.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement usercentered design strategies to enhance website usability and conversion rates.
- Conduct user research and analyze web data to identify areas for improvement and construct effective A/B tests.
- Create wireframes prototypes and mockups to visualize design solutions and present them to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales designers and developers to align website optimization efforts with business goals.
- Optimize user journeys and implement clear paths from entry points to desired actions (e.g. demo requests content downloads).
- Design and implement responsive mobilefriendly layouts to ensure seamless user experience across devices.
- Continuously monitor and analyze website performance metrics to drive datainformed design decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Computer Science UX Design Interaction Design or related field.
- 8 years of experience in UX design with a focus on web optimization and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful web optimization projects and their impact on business metrics.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Adobe XD or similar.
- Solid understanding of frontend development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
- Experience with web analytics tools and A/B testing platforms (experience with Adobe products a plus).
- Excellent communication skills to present design concepts and datadriven insights to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret web data and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with designers and developers to create cohesive highquality web experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the cybersecurity or B2B SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and their impact on user experience.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
As our Lead Web Optimization and UX Designer youll play a crucial role in driving our companys growth by creating intuitive highconverting web experiences. Your work will directly impact our business revenue by increasing the number of qualified leads generated through our website.
The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $82500$123800. In addition this role may be eligible for an annual bonus. Black Duck offers a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of jobrelated factors including location skills experience and education.
Pay Range
$82500 $123800 USD
