The Role:
Our Sales Administrator is a vital role in the Bluewater Energy Team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and supporting the sales and marketing activities. The Sales and Administrator will handle various tasks such as coordination customer service sales (where appropriate) order processing creating project proposals creating marketing material sales data management and customer communication. The Sales Administrator also meticulously manages our CRM system creates and manages sales/project documentation organizes and monitors project applications and coordinates various schedules. The Sales Administrator collaborates closely with Operations and Sales Management to ensure a seamless sales process and a high degree of customer satisfaction.
