We are looking for compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our team in York.

What Youll Do:

As a Support Worker you will provide personcentred care supporting individuals with their daily activities personal care communication and social needs.Other key responsibilities are:

  • Supporting individuals with daily tasks like personal care meal preparation and medication.
  • Encouraging independence and helping them achieve their personal goals.
  • Bringing positivity patience and kindness to every interaction.
  • Organising activities that spark joy and create meaningful connections.
