About the role:
The Watson.ai/Watsonx Consultant will assist with the configuration and technical verification of Watsonx.ai and Watsonx Assistant components. This role involves continued data discovery configuration of sourcedata chunking document curation implementation of feedback mechanisms and finetuning responses using training data sets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with configuration and technical verification of Watsonx.ai and Watsonx Assistant components.
- Perform data discovery and ingestion of domainspecific policy and guidance.
- Configure sourcedata chunking based on policy domains training methods and reference sources.
- Curate documents with appropriate embeddings.
- Implement selfservice feedback mechanisms to enhance Quality of Service.
- Implement guardrails to protect the relevancy of answers and identify potential ambiguity.
- Finetune responses using live or simulated training data sets.
- Provide fulltime support for 4 weeks during the implementation phase followed by 1 day per week support for 6 months.
Required Experience:
Technical Skills:
- Indepth experience in implementing Watson.ai and Watsonx Assistant solutions.
- Expertise in data discovery and ingestion.
- Experience in configuring sourcedata chunking and document curation.
- Knowledge of implementing feedback mechanisms and guardrails.
- Ability to finetune responses using training data sets.
Preferred Skills:
- Australian citizen.
- Canberrabased preferred.
- NV1 clearance.
Whats on offer
This contract is available for an initial 64 Days over 7 Months
Located in Canberra but have ability to work remotely from other locations in Australia.
