Job Description
Sales and Leasing Consultants:
Pittman Enterprises is hiring several people to join our sales team. Benefits 401k and paid vacations offered.
Job Descriptions: Our Sales Team sells with a consultative approach and is committed to creating a great buying AND ownership experience for our clientele.
Responsibilities
Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
Contact leads and customers through email and phone calls.
Engage customers through social media platforms.
Assist those customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs.
Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features on the lot and on the road.
Assist the customers in the completion of their sales applications.
Qualifications
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
Outgoing and friendly personality even under stress of sales objections.
Great quality customer service skills and sales track record.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills oneonone and over the phone.
Persuasive and able to overcome customer objectives during the sales process.
Persistent competitive and good work ethic that focuses on the customers needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
