Sr Construction Project Manager

AECOM Hunt is seeking an experienced commercial Sr. Construction Project Manager to join our team of professional builders in the Tampa FL area. 

• Establishes operational objectives and work plans delegates assignment to subordinate managers. 
• Reviews objectives to determine success of operation. 
• Develops modifies executes company polices that affect immediate operations and may have companywide effect. 
• Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an indepth knowledge of organizational objectives. 
• Implements strategic policies when selecting methods techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. 
• Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical financial and client satisfaction. 
• Accountable for the development coordination and of the planning design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individuals direction on a daytoday basis.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS Engineering Business/Finance or related curriculum and 10 years of commercial construction or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education including 2 years of leadership.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience as a Senior Construction Project manager on a large commercial construction project.
• Experience in the management and selection of subcontractors.
• Ability to interact with team members as well as key stakeholders Owners Reps etc.
• Proficiency with construction management software (CMiC).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook Teams).
• Experience in sports complex high rise hospitality construction.
• Strong communication team building and problemsolving skills. 
• Demonstrated success in the completion of complex construction projects on time and within budget.

• Valid Drivers License to operate an AECOM provided motor vehicle on construction project site(s) to support project tasks assignments and scope of work.
