Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of residential commercial and industrial land development projects.
- Prepare detailed engineering plans drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site assessments and gather data for project planning and design.
- Perform calculations and analyses for grading drainage utilities and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and other team members to ensure project success.
- Ensure projects adhere to schedules budgets and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients contractors and regulatory agencies.
- Stay updated on industry trends best practices and local regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- EngineerinTraining (EIT) certification.
- 13 years of experience in civil engineering preferably in land development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant design software.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of local state and federal regulations related to land development.
