Join our team of dynamic supportive and passionate Counselors at Endeavor. We are looking for parttime counselors to join our team. Our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) is an innovative approach to treatment designed to treat the whole person through a comprehensive range of services. Our clinic offers mental health services substance use services domestic violence program anger management program and sexual abuse prevention program.

Endeavors 1131 Broadway Clinic specializes in the forensic treatment of adults meaning individuals involved in the criminal justice system. Many of our people are referred by legal supervision and mandated to engage in services.

All Counselors receive extensive training and certification essential for working with this underserved population. Through evidencebased practices and a mix of group and individual therapy this team of dedicated counselors collaborates to improve lives change behavior patterns and make our community better and safer.

Responsibilities

At Endeavor our Counselors function as members of a multidisciplinary treatment team. A successful candidate should be flexible openminded and empathetic.

• Provide individual and group therapy utilizing a range of evidencebased practices and curriculum
• Assess risk and needs utilizing a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment and developing treatment goals
• Demonstrate strongclinicaldecision making and judgment skills while independently managing an integrated caseload of people pursuing forensic mental health and substance use goals
• Engage in continuing education and training fostering the skills necessary to effectively treat highrisk populations
• Participating in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and communicating appropriately with referral sources
• Foster cultural competence and sensitivity when working with people peoples supports referral sources and coworkers.
• Responsibility for ensuring compliance with all agency policies procedures and governmental regulations including but not limited to HIPAA

Qualifications

• Must possess a masters degree from a recognized college or university in a mental health counseling or social workrelated field and be eligible for license within 18 months of hire (LMSW LCSW LMHC LMHCP etc.
• One year of direct service postgraduate experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrates a knowledge base upon which they can provide direct clinical service and advisement

Salary $25.64 $30.76/hour depending on education experience and credentials.
