The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location ranging from: $64538.40 $80673
Job Summary
Responsible for the analysis reporting and technical understanding of metering billing and other related data. Coordinates and improves metering activities and systemic changes within the department and with outside agencies to assure prompt courteous and proper processing in adherence with regulatory guidelines. Works within a group identifying and designing system efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Understand the design and logic of the CMP SAP system. Review exceptions and identify opportunities to improve system efficiencies.
2. Ensuring system logic and business processes are accurate are adhering to all regulatory guidelines.
3. Manage and monitor reports and daily workload of metering team.
4. Works closely with management to develop improve and implement metering and billing processes.
5. Prepares and maintains records files and reports. Maintains followup files for special handling of accounts as required.
6. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Strong analytical and technical ability and ability to selflearn
Working knowledge of customer service SAP and metering policies and practices.
Strong communication skills.
Effective problemsolving and organizational skills.
Able to multitask.
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong PC skills including MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree preferred. Associates degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience or High School/GED with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience required.
