Job Description
We are inviting applications for the position of Cyber Security Manager for our client one of the biggest financial institutions of India.
Experience & Certifications :
- University degree in computer science or IT.
- Minimum 18 years of experience in Cyber security.
- Handson experience in security systems and technologies.
- Familiarity with web and network protocols.
- Experience building and managing Cyber Security teams.
- Knowledge of industry frameworks like NIST ISO 27001 PCIDSS.
- Understanding of multitiered applications and firewalls.
- Preferred knowledge of Web Application Firewalls IDAM Database activity monitoring.
- Industry certifications such as CEH CISSP CISA CISM.
- Technology vendor certifications (Cisco Checkpoint RSA IBM HP etc..
- Industry standard frameworks (ITIL ISO NIST PCIDSS).
Responsibilities :
- Lead a team covering Secure application development VAPT Risk assessments and more.
- Develop and align Cyber Security vision with business goals.
- Establish and maintain Cyber security policies and procedures.
- Enhance employee Cyber security awareness.
- Develop technical solutions and tools to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Foster relationships with IT and internal departments to improve Cyber security posture.
- Provide strategic risk guidance for IT projects.
- Manage staff including selection goal setting and career development.
- Drive innovation and thought leadership in Cyber security.
- Plan and manage annual budgets for Cyber Security Engineering.
