You will be exposed to all stages of the recruitment job that starts with the market research vacancy research candidate search and first contact and ends with the offer negotiation.
You will also touch such an important part of the life of the recruitment agency as business development winning new clients and delivering premium service to existing clients.

Structure We offer internships from 2 to 6 months Prior to the start selected applicants will have a 2 week long recruitment bootcamp consisting of trainings tasks learning about IT Recruitment and Sales We will choose the interns based on the results of the bootcamp
Requirements
Advanced English (B2 C1
German or other languages are an advantage
First experience in recruitment sales or research jobs is nice to have
High Speed internet access
