Job Description

NextRow Digitalis looking to add US IT Lead Recruiter to the team. Be part of a fastgrowingteam and build your career. Ideal candidate should have 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary contact for the offshorerecruitment team and ensure that all the requirements are fulfilled.
  • Take responsibility and ownership for the completedelivery.
  • Responsible for submitting qualified candidate tothe client portalVMS/MSP.
  • Attend spotlight calls and share the MOM with thegroup without fail.
  • Have proper understanding of scorecard and SLAs(Service level agreement as per the client).
  • Any rejection of resume on VMS/client should bereviewed and discuss the reasons with the team.
  • Ensuing quality submission on every requirement ordeclining requirements where we know we cannot submit candidate within SLA
  • Clear understanding of requirements and buildpipelines for future sourcing.
  • Manage the ATS portal content for all the activehead count with Start date work location Pay rate bill rate BCGrequirements etc. VMS data and ATS data should match.

Team management:

  • Discover training needs and provide coaching toteam members.
  • Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issuesor conflicts
  • Ensure that all assigned teammembers have a solidunderstanding of client business objectives and plans in place to attain thoseobjectives.
  • Develop sourcing and screening strategies for coreskillsets as per the clients needs.
  • Ensure team members have all the resources toperform the responsibility. (Example: Job boards ATS Job posting). Givefeedback on what external resources we need to succeed.


OtherResponsibilities:

  • Ensure that you are recruiting on the requirementsactively on a daily basis with your team members to set an example that you arehands on.
  • Should be able to balance the team and clientefficiently
  • Should be able to make the team learn and try newconcepts
  • Should be responsible in creating the marketresearch data of the roles when client requests
