Our client company services large container ships fishing vessels and factory trawlers. They are also a UL508A Certified Industrial Control Panel Shop.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a small team of Marine Electricians on vessels
- Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
- Install diverse types of cable tray systems
- Troubleshoot motor and control systems
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
- Build designed custom control panels
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Own set of tools required for the job
- Understanding how to use a multimeter
- Understanding of proper safety and abide to all quality rules instructed
- Previous experience in Marine Electrical Engineering
- College or Trade School preferred
- Experience with electrical schematics and manuals
- Experience with electrical equipment
- Independent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to efficiently solve problems with teams
- Good communication skills
- Lawful Permanent Resident of US (Green Card) or Employment Permit
- Valid Drivers License
- TWIC card (Can be acquired after employment started)
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
