The Compensation and Benefits Analyst is responsible for administering salary and incentive programs benefits programs job evaluations and salary survey participation and procurement. This role is also influential in plan design modeling and administration. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fastpaced environment with significant growth due to acquisition.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee collection and analysis of benchmark data to determine competitive positioning of the organizations pay programs and benefit offerings.
Manage and administer annual compensation and benefits processes.
Conduct annual market pricing activities and salary increase cycles.
Renegotiate or reevaluate vendors in search of opportunities for costsavings.
Ensure overall understanding and perception of value of our benefits programs through close collaboration with people leaders effective workforce communications and strong service delivery to our team members.
Administer Total Rewards invoicing/billing for multiple vendors.
Audit benefits data to ensure ongoing data integrity.
Ensure implementation of benefits elections for new hires acquired entities and team members with qualifying life event changes. This includes utilizing the benefits enrollment software andHRIS database (Dayforce).
Coordinate with benefits vendors to find solutions and resolve inquiries.
Ensure a strong service delivery environment to support the needs of our team members. This includes how we manage employee requests and questions partner with 3rd partyadministrators on their models for serving our people and leading by example with a serviceattitude and strong collaboration.
Ensures compliance with State and Federal regulations related to total rewards programs.
Assist with updating required employer notifications (e.g. Summary Plan Descriptions). Initiates and coordinates preparation of Form 5500s and nondiscrimination testing for Health and Welfare plans.
Lead employee wellness initiatives.
Assist in adhoc Total Rewards projects as needed.
Recommend new approaches policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of services performed.
Collaborate with Finance Legal Payroll Procurement and other internal stakeholders as needed to ensure compliance with local laws regulations and contractual obligations.
Adheres to all safety policies and procedures in performing job duties and responsibilities while supporting a culture of high quality and great customer service.
Performs other duties that may be necessary or in the best interest of the organization
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in related field Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
3 years HR Benefits experience with demonstrated ability to exercise appropriate judgment and handle highly sensitive information
Be highly organized detailoriented and able to work independently
Statistical knowledge and analytical thinking
Ability to clearly communicate complex data and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Interpersonal skills to support customer service functional and teammate support needs
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Teams
Knowledge of state and federal regulations for this position; general understanding of HIPAA guidelines
