The Role:
- Serve as the crucial daytoday contact for our Middle Market commercial clients
- Seamlessly perform account transactions ranging from applications quotes and proposals to summaries binders and billing.
- Not only respond to but anticipate client inquiries ensuring correspondence meets our high standards.
- Survey policy coverages and unearth opportunities for crossselling and upselling.
- Maintain comprehensive client files in our toptier agency management system ensuring all transactions notes and diaries are inputted and uptodate.
Requirements:
- Current Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License
- A college degree is desirable as are certifications like CISR AU CIC or CPCU
- 35 years of handson experience in account management for commercial lines insurance
- Proven expertise in binding quoting and issuing coverage online
