Job Description
Overview
The Facilities Technician provides maintenance support for the building and grounds to achieve a firstclass Crocs inc. facility in cleanliness organization and safety. This is accomplished through responding to maintenance requests and keeping the facility clean.
This is a 1st Shift position Monday Thursday 4:00am2:30pm.
What Youll Do
- Complete preventive maintenance work orders repair work orders and other written and/or computerbased documents.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) building systems.
- Follow safety procedures and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Perform baler wire replacement and baler cleaning.
- Maintain power industrial truck charging areas.
- Perform furniture assembly and installation.
- Use hand tools shop tools and power tools.
- Perform drywall repairs and painting.
- Install repair and replace racking.
- Perform basic carpentry.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Use ladders scissor lift s and forklift s to complete assignments.
What Youll Bring to the Table
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1year of maintenance experience.
- Electrical experience is a plus.
- Prior experience working in an industrial environment.
- Able to lift up to 45lbs regularly
- Must be able to stand walk stoop kneel or crawl
