We are now excited to invite applications for the role ofClient Executive we have multiple opportunities with our awesome team inSydney.These roles will be ideal for Media Client Executives or Associates/Coordinators ready to step up with experience in Programmatic Digital and Social Media campaign work.

The role:

As the new Client Executive at iProspect youll continue to grow your career in the media industry. Reporting to the Client Manager and Director this role will enable you to build on your current media knowledge and be exposed to more media planning and strategy across a variety of client industries.

This includes:

• Establishing an effective working relationship with our clients our agency partners and the media owners we work with.
• Campaign setup buying and reporting delivering effective campaign insights and closely supporting the Client Manager with their integration in media planning and strategy.
• Supporting the Client Associate in their own development and upskilling.
• Working with clients on any broader requests they might have.
• Demonstrate and apply intermediate level media maths and terminology as well as the usage of media industry tools and technology to assist you.
• Continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Building a strong understanding of the AU media/advertising landscape.
• Provide support and guidance on campaign analysis and client engagements relationships presentations and reporting

A bit about you

• Around 2 years of experience in a similar communication planning and client service role within a medium to large media/advertising agency.
• A high attention to detail and naturally inquisitive.
• Proactive communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and teams.
• Effective time management and project management skills.
• Naturally collaborative and enjoys working as a part of a team.
• Midlevel experience with MS office suit particularly Excel.
• A passion for the advertising and media industry selfmotivated to keep up to date with industry developments practices and tools.
