Staff Nurse PartTime Nights
Hours: 24 hours per week 2night shifts)
Hourly Rate: 21 22
Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join their team on a parttime basis working night shifts in a mediumsized nursing home that provides highquality residential and nursing care for older adults. The home has a wellestablished nursing and care team supported by an experienced activities coordinator ensuring a holistic approach to resident wellbeing.
What Were Looking For
- Qualifications: Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration.
- Experience: Postregistration experience in a nursing home or similar care setting.
- Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing CPD and upskilling.
- Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with residents families and colleagues.
- Compassion & Empathy: A caring and patientcentred approach to supporting residents.
- Adaptability: Ability to prioritise effectively and respond to changing situations in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Resident Care: Deliver highquality personcentred care to elderly residents during night shifts.
- Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments in accordance with medical prescriptions.
- Health Monitoring: Observe record and respond to residents vital signs symptoms and changes in condition.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and effective care.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Family Support: Provide guidance and education to residents and their families regarding care plans.
- Safety & Hygiene: Ensure a clean safe and compliant working environment at all times.
