- Proactive Outreach: Make daily outbound calls to leads prioritizing prompt and effective communication.
- Lead Nurturing: Guide potential clients through the sales process ensuring they feel supported and informed.
- Data Management: Accurately log and manage client transactions interactions and notes to maintain organized records.
- Customized Solutions: Recommend and sell services tailored to each clients unique needs and objectives.
Convert a minimum of 20 of inbound leads to clients:
- 60 Schedule Rate
- 60 Show Rate
- 50 Close Rate
- Energetic Personality: A vibrant and enthusiastic demeanor that motivates and engages others.
- Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Customer Service Background: A minimum of 1 year in a customer service role preferably within the fitness industry.
- Appointment Setting: At least 1 year of experience in setting appointments with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding target KPIs
- Continuing education through companysanctioned events.
- Free membership in a stateoftheart facility.
- Paid Time Off.
- $18/hour plus based on experience
- Commission per each acquired new member

What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete matured into fitness training for adults as well. With all who participate in the D1 training process moving aggressively towards their goals.
