This position offers the opportunity to become an expert in a highly lucrative segment of commercial real estate brokerage under the mentorship of senior producers with decades of experience and track record.
Must haves:

Motivated by 100 commission willing to defer immediate rewards to build a significantly greater future
General foundation in small business finance understand basics of a profit & loss statement Balance sheet EBITDAR
Team oriented mindset collaborate with other brokers and support staff to ensure success across all levels of the business
Preferred:
15 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate investment sales or leasing
Track record of sales success in nonreal estate industries (financial services insurance medical devices etc. given strong consideration
