Join Our Team as an Associate Pastor
Are you passionate aboutpastoral care discipleship and leadership Do you thrive inbuilding relationships guiding spiritual growth and mobilizing people into deeper faith and service We are seeking anAssociate Pastorto support ourEvening Service working alongside the Site Pastor toshepherd the congregation lead volunteers and create a welcoming faith community.

WHAT YOULL DO:
- Provide pastoral careand support for the congregation with a focus onLife Group leaders volunteers and new attendees
- Preach or teach monthlyandhost services twice a month
- Lead and develop volunteers ensuring a strong culture of discipleship and service
- Oversee ministry initiativessuch as Life Groups retreats and spiritual development
- Collaborate with ministry leadersto connect people with discipleship and service opportunities
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelors degree holder(M.Div. preferred) with experience in pastoral ministry
- AChristcentered leaderwith a passion fordiscipleship and communitybuilding
- Astrong communicatorwith experience inpreaching teaching and mentoring
- Ateam playerwho works well with staff volunteers and diverse congregations
- Astrategic thinkerwith a heart forgrowing and strengthening church engagement.
This is a fulltime position that works 30 hours per week.
Salary is commensurate with experience; the salary range for this position is $35000 $46800 per annum at 30 hours per week.
